Prices

• All prices used by BrandedOfficial are in euros, include VAT and are exclusive of shipping expenses, unless expressly stated otherwise or agreed otherwise.
• BrandedOfficial is entitled to adjust all prices for its products or services, shown in its shop, on its website or otherwise, at any time.

 

Shipping and payment methods

• When ordering at BRANDED we use the most suitable delivery method for your order!
• After ordering at BRANDED you will recieve an confirmation email within 15 min of ordering. If you have not received this email please check your spam folder. When we have shipped your order you will receive an confirmation email for the shipment.
• We accept iDeal, creditcard and cash payment.

 

Returns and refunds

Incase the item doesn't fit or doesn't work for you, there is possibility to return your order within 14 days after the delivery date. 

When returned within the 14 days after the delivery date the returned item(s) will be refunded.
Note that shipping fees are not refundable and will have to be covered by the customer.

 

To return send an e-mail to info@brandedofficial.nl with the subject containing 'ordernumber' and 'the reason of the return'

After we receive the information, we will keep in contact and send the returnadress.

 

A few criteria to keep in mind during the return process:

• Make sure that the item(s) is/are still in perfect condition: no defects, no stains, unwashed and unworn. 
• Make sure that the item(s) is/are packed in a waterproof bag or box with tape.
• Please keep a proof of the dispatch (tracking number). 

Once we have received the package, it can take 3 to 5 business days for the return to be processed.

 

 

Liability

BrandedOfficial is liable for any damage that take place during the shipping period.

In case the delivery does not meet to your expectations or zone deffects, then you can report it to us within 7 days with the relevant problem and a photo of it. We make mutual agreements to solve this as soon as possible.
