Incase the item doesn't fit, you can return your order within 14 days after the delivery date. 

When returned within the 14 days after the delivery date the returned item(s) will be refunded.
Note that shipping fees are not refundable and will have to be covered by the customer.

To return send an e-mail to info@brandedofficial.nl with the subject containing 'ordernumber' and 'the reason of the return'.

After we receive your e-mail with the information, we will keep in contact and send you the returnadress.

A few criteria to keep in mind during the return process:
- Make sure that the item(s) is/are still in perfect condition: no defects, no stains,  unwashed and not worn. 

- Make sure that the item(s) is/are packed in the original packeging or box.

- Please keep a proof of the dispatch (tracking number). 

Once we have received the package, it can take 3 to 5 business days for your return to be processed.
